Resilience is not a fixed trait. It is a set of skills and habits that can be developed. This interactive training explores tools and techniques that can help you manage pressure, adapt to challenges, and maintain wellbeing.

Who is it for?

This training is ideal for anyone working in roles with high adversity, stress, or constant change. Participants could include healthcare professionals, emergency workers, social workers, carers, educators, customer-facing staff, line managers, organisational leaders, or counsellors. In addition, the training can support professionals and volunteers with working on subject issues such as mental health, victim support, crisis support, refugee or asylum seeker support, debt management, or homelessness.

Recommended as a half-day course. All of our courses can be delivered in person or online. Full and half day options are available as standard. Depending on requirements, we can also offer more in-depth training packages with multi-day, follow-up, and train-the-trainer options.
